FERROPAN GROUP has owned and maintained the following Fabrication & Workshop facilities in order to support its on-going projects through materials storing and materials fabricating & delivering to job sites at various locations:
FERROPAN Main Fabrication Facility, Workshop & Store FERROPAN’s Al Dhafra Region Main Fabrication Facility/ Workshop & Store is located inside FERROPAN Camp Premises at Ghayathi-Ruwais with the fabrication yard of (70mx30m) = 2,100m2 and the Workshop is spanned at (25mx30m) =750m2. Its Operation and Management is for storing Projects Materials (including Scaffolding Materials) and delivering as per job site schedule, Fabricating structural elements, Fabricating Formwork Shuttering, Steel Rebars Cutting & Bending, casting Precast Concrete Units, Blasting & Painting of Structural Elements, etc.. particularly for FERROPAN Projects based in and around Al Dhafra Region (including Habshan Area).
FERROPAN’s Abu Dhabi (Central) Region Fabrication Facility, Workshop & Store is located at Sector MW-4, Musaffa Industrial. This Facility (spanned at 40m x 40m = 1,600m2) has been established and operated SPECIALLY for TUBULAR Lining Process for Oil Well Pipes/Tubes. GRE Lining for Several Oil Well Pipes (Tubes) has already been executed and delivered for ADNOC Onshore Project(s), and Several other Tubes are being lined on call-off basis from ADNOC.
However, a separate Fabrication Yard & Store (spanned at 25m x 25m = 750m2) has been operated and maintained adjacent to the above Facility, which functions for Storing Projects Materials and delivering as per job site schedule, Fabricating structural elements, Fabricating Formwork Shuttering, Steel Rebars Cutting & Bending etc.. particularly for FERROPAN Projects based in and around Abu Dhabi Central Region.
FERROPAN’s Al Ain Region Fabrication Facility/ Workshop & Store is located at Al Ain Industrial Area, which is spanned at (30mx80m) =240m2. Its Operation and Management is for storing Projects Materials (including Scaffolding Materials) and delivering as per job site schedule, Fabricating structural elements, Fabricating Formwork Shuttering, Steel Rebars Cutting & Bending, casting Precast Concrete Units, Blasting & Painting of Structural Elements, etc.. particularly for FERROPAN Projects based in and around Al Ain Region.
